How to connect Tapsle to Google Sheets
- 1Pick a templateChoose Cases, Units, Pallets or Returns above, or start a blank counter.
- 2Connect your sheetOpen Integrations and connect Google Sheets. Tapsle creates a spreadsheet called Tapsle in your Drive, and rows start arriving from your next session.
- 3Count as you goTap for each item, or set a step to count full cases. Put each bay or shelf in its own group.
- 4Open the sheet any timeEvery session adds a row with the date, product name and count.
What each row contains
Every session adds a row to the Sessions tab: the counter and its group, when you started and finished, the total, the target, how long it took and your peak pace. Add a total per product, or a formula that flags anything below your reorder level.
Counting with a team
With Plus, share a counter link and several people count the same product from their own phones. Every tap adds to one total.
Tapsle or a clipboard and a sheet?
Both count. Here is what each remembers for you.
