Running a stock take with Tapsle
Split the count by location, with one person and one counter per aisle or room. Counting in cases for full boxes and ones for loose stock keeps it fast and accurate. Write the date and the counter’s name in the note so the number has context later.
Keeping counts accurate
Count each location twice with two people and compare the counters. A mistaken tap is one tap on minus, and lock stops a finished count from being changed by accident.
Inventory counter or clipboard and pen?
A clipboard is familiar. A counter adds up for you and exports the result.
