Is there a free trial?

No. Free is the trial, with no time limit. Counting, targets, timers, focus mode and export are free for as long as you use Tapsle. You pay only when you want your counters on more than one device, backed up or connected to other tools.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Ask within 7 days of a payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.

Why can I only sign in with Plus?

An account exists to sync and back up your counters. Without Plus there is nothing stored on our side, so there is nothing to sign in to. Counting never needs an account.

What happens to my counters if I cancel?

They all stay on your devices. Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that, sync, backups and integrations stop and the Free limits apply again.

Do you store my card?

No. Your card or mobile money details go straight to our payment provider, Bachs. We never see them.

Will anything free today move behind Plus?

No. Plus is for things that cost us money every month, like sync, storage and integrations. Nothing you can do for free today will move behind it.
